My wife and I were next door neighbors of Bill's for ten years. He was a good man and a better neighbor. We always enjoyed visiting with he and Margaret across the back fence. He was always so proud of his Grandchildren and talked about them often. Our condolences go out to Kevin and the rest of Bill's family.
