William S Meyers' Obituary
William S Meyers, 65, passed away on September 27 2016 at Kent Memorial Hospital in Dover Delaware.
Bill is the son of the late Heber T Meyers and Elizabeth Meyers of Pottstown PA.
He was a graduate of Pottsgrove High School and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Delaware State University.
He is survived by his brother, Gerry and sister-in-law Barbara. He loved his niece and nephews and adored his 8 grandnieces and grandnephews.
Bill was a Teacher, an Athletic Trainer and Equipment Manager for 22 years at Caesar Rodney High School in Camden DE. His life was working with the students, athletic teams and staff.
His desire was that all he touched, would achieve at the highest level possible. He understood the effort required to reach ones goals and lived it to the maximum every day of his life. Bill enjoyed following the success of his students after Caesar Rodney and was always willing to help them take the next step in their lives.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday November 19 2016, 10:00am at Wyoming United Methodist Church, Wyoming DE
Burial will be a private family service at Whitemarsh Memorial Park in PA
