Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your dear, loved one. Death is hard to deal with. Even Jesus gave way to tears when Lazarus died (John 11:35). But our Heavenly Father views death as an enemy and promises to put an end to it (1 Cor 15:26). We can look forward to being reunited with our loved ones again. Bill was my late husband, Doug's, best friend, all through High School and into adulthood. He was the Best Man at our wedding in 1973. They would talk every month or so and Bill was one of the first to reach out to me when Doug died.
When they were out of HS, Bull was the football trainer at Westchester State College. Doug was playing semi pro football. Bill equipped Doug with top of the line pads and helmet. I found out later, Bill bought them for Doug from WCS supplier.
So many good memories. RIP Bill..have fun in heaven with Doug. I will miss you.
Gerry and family,
So sorry for your deep loss. Remembering Bill as I knew him, what I read and what you had told me through the years.
May your warm memories carry you through these difficult days and see you through the days ahead.
Those who live in the hearts they leave behind will never die.
Deepest sincere condolences,
Denny Daisy
Bill was a wonderful man , a lot of people do not realize the work that he did behind-the-scenes . One time I asked him if he would help out with the CREA scholarship benefit as I knew he enjoyed making beautiful jewelry , he not only made a beautiful earring and necklace set for our benefit but he made me a necklace of raw precious gems that I will cherish for the rest my life . Bill was thoughtful and kind to everyone his goal in life was to touch a person's life and make it better , he succeeded with so many children he truly was a great man and a dear friend to me . Bill thank you so much for touching my life and leaving such a lasting impression on so many other lives . I will miss you but I know someday I will see you again . Love your friend, Deb Weeks "Weeksie"
