I first met Bill as a City of Dover Councilman in 1992 while I was employed by the city.
When he purchased A&H Uniform, I assigned the City Electric to him.
After I retired, I stopped by the uniform store for something and he mentioned he needed some help. I started working there in july 2006 and am still employed there. He would go to S Carolina for golf tournaments each year and trusted Marian Prevost and myselfk to run the store for him.
He was always very kind and I found him to be very generous. If he knew someone in need, he would give them a uniform. He always helped me with the Dover Elks Charity Ball each year with a generous donation and an item for the auction.
He spoke often and highly of his 2 daughters and grandchildren.
I am so very sorry for your loss. Bill was certainly a great all around guy.
Sincerely,
Lana Keeler
