My thoughts and prayers are with Bob's family. I had the pleasure of working with Bob at Delaware State Parks where I was introduced to his family who he loved dearly. He was such a great man with a wonderful nature. He always greeted me with a smile and I enjoyed hearing his laugh. He is reunited with Helen now and I know that must have been a special moment in Heaven!

I worked with Bob at Parks & Rec beginning in 1978 in the Tatnall Building. He was a good person to work with and always had the best interest of the enforcement staff in his heart. We all enjoyed that even after he retired he would come into the R&R and visit with us and keep us up to date on what he and his family were doing. He will be greatly missed. Carol Baxter
