Ralph worked at Bayhealth for many years, he always had a smile on his face and would help staff out with anything. After he retired he came to the Cancer Center for his treatment, still with a smile on his face. I loved taking care of him, we always would talk about family, and Nascar. He was very proud of his children and grandchildren, and I am sure he was so happy with the great grand baby. My prayers are with his family and friends at this time. Ralph was one of the most stand up men I knew. I enjoyed going by the shop and visit when I had time. He always had a cup of coffee for me. I think it was so he could tell me about everything his grandson was doing. He definitely loved to brag about him. He will be missed by so many of us at Bayhealth.
