Pamela Deeds Holloway's Obituary
Pamela Deeds Holloway died Dec. 28, 2021 at Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. Consistent with her personality, she was courageous to the end, more concerned for the feelings of others than for herself. She lived a life of service, spending many year's as a Family Court Commissioner in Georgetown, DE. A graduate of University of Delaware and Widener Collage, from a young age she said she wanted to become a lawyer so that should become a judge.She especially enjoyed her weekly tennis games, watching football with her telephone friend, and reading. She is survived by her daughter Katherine Ryman and son in law Frank Ryman of Frankford, DE, son J. Matthew "Matt" Holloway of sagamore Hills, OH, sister Sheila Landis of Milford, DE, sister in law Carol Holloway of Lewes, DE , grandson Logan Holloway, granddaughter, Anira Ryman and, Grandson Thorin Ryman as well as beloved cousins and their children and grandchildren, and many friends near and far. Her husband C.J. Holloway preceded her in death in 2018. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at Milford Hospital for their love and caring, with special thanks to nurse Al. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. The family suggests contributions may be sent to a favorite charity in Pamela's memory, if desired.
