I’ve always said that I lucked out when I was hired by Commissioner Holloway (still won’t call you Pamela, just can’t) at Family Court. She understood the struggle, had a wicked sense of humor and was a genuinely kind person. She brought out the best in us and will be missed.
She was one of the most amazing people I have had the privilege of working with; my co-worker, my work mom, my friend. Prayers to all.
Pam and I were new lawyers in the early ‘80’s in Sussex County. She was the 4th woman attorney and I was fifth. We competed but we were friends. I liked appearing in front of her in Family Court-sensible and caring. I have missed seeing her since our retirements. She was a lovely, wonderful person. Please know that memories and prayers go with you all.
