Margaret M. Byrnes' Obituary
Margaret “Margie” Byrnes passed surrounded by her loved ones on Friday February 14.
Margie was born March 11, 1927, in Cleveland Ohio to Stephen Menesy and Mary Chike.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arthur Byrnes, her sister Marie Murabito and her nephew Bill Carrow.
She is survived by her daughter and caregiver Terri, her sister in law’s Mary Piasecki, Betty Byrnes and Bridget D’Ambrosia. She is also survived by her best friend Barbara McClary as well as many nieces and nephews and much-loved friends.
She worked 30 years for the State of DE and loved her Smyrna Rest Area family so much.
Visitation will be on Monday 2/24 at Trader Funeral Home 12 Lotus Street Dover. DE from 11am – 1pm.
Services will be held immediately following with burial at Odd Fellows Cemetary in Camden DE. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local SPCA.
