I'm saddened so hear of Laurie's passing. Condolences to your family. I attended family events over the years and always enjoyed seeing Laurie. Family was important to her. She will be missed.
Laurie was such a wonderful woman who always made everyone feel welcome. Her heart’s desire for her friends was to make them happy and help them whenever they needed help. Her family was very important to Laurie, she loved being with them, having dinner with them, celebrating all events with them. I worked with Laurie for several years at Energizer/Edgewell and considered her to be a great friend. I confided in her many times and she always listened, she always made time. That was Laurie. She will definitely be missed.
