Can't believe this has happened to a special young man, my heart goes out to the family.. I've known him since he was a baby, my son went to daycare with him and his sister. Such a loving family. I wish I would had known about this aweful tragedy, so I could had been there to support the family and to say my goodbyes to Joshua. RIP Joshua I will miss you and your smiling face. We met Joshua when he began serving at the Grey Fox in Dover. What an incredible young man! He seemed so focused on his dreams and just seemed to love life and everything around him. Our condolences to his family.
