Geraldine Gerry Harman's Obituary
Geraldine (Gerry) Lapham Harman of Marydel, past away March 23, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Edgar Lee Harman in 1978 and her beloved husband Edgar B. Harman of 60 years in 2008. A sister Miriam Lapham Thornton in 2010. She is survived by a son Gerald Edward Harman and his wife Susan of Hartly, a daughter Patricia Harman Loescher and her husband Steve of Clermont, FL. Five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was a lifelong member of Marydel Calvary United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday school for many years. She belonged to Victory Chapter #15 Eastern Star and was a past Matron and a Grand Rep. She worked at Hartly Elem. School for 18 years. She loved traveling and meeting new people and loved her family and her faithful companion Sunshine, her Boxer Dog. The viewing and service will be private at Trader Funeral Home Dover, Interment will be at Lakeside Cemetery at a later date.
