Geraldine (Gerry) Lapham Harman of Marydel, past away March 23, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Edgar Lee Harman in 1978 and her beloved husband Edgar B. Harman of 60 years in 2008. A sister Miriam Lapham Tho Read Obituary
Mrs Harman is a woman with a loving heart. She and Edgar gave anonymously every Christmas for years to support needing families in the area. It is little known how much they helped Marydel because they wanted it that way. We lost a pillar of the community.
I was fortunate enough to have known her for most of my life having grown up in Marydel and attending the same church and riding her bus . She will truly be missed
Aunt Gerry was the sweetest lady, all it took was for her to say one funny thing and we'd laugh and laugh. She always had a mischievous twinkle in her eyes and her smile and was full of energy. A lot of great memories over the years and from when I was a kid at Hartly Elementary. Caring thoughts go out to the Harman family and I hope your many memories comfort you at this time.
I was lucky enough to be neighbors growing up before moving to Hartly. Mrs. Harman was the sweetest woman. Prayers to her family.
