I'm heartbroken to learn the passing of a former colleague and friend who made our workplace in Orlando feel like family. He had a way of turning even the toughest days around with his one-line quotes (in the wind, putting out fires, check the numbers, and the famous one don't put me in your web) his humor, and wisdom.
He was a hardworking, easy to work with, and someone many of us learned from. We shared great laughs, and meaningful conversations. It saddens me knowing we won't have those moments again, but I'm grateful for the memories, lessons and friendship he left with all of us. He will truly be missed.
I am sharing some of the photos of his retirement here at Orlando, Fl. The combination of US NAVY and Federal employee of 40 years and we all feel he was taken from us to soon when he was just starting a new chapter. May you rest in peace DT.
