He was born on January 13, 1937 in Dover, DE to Louis and Dorothy Minner Reese.
Bill worked for the State of Delaware. He is preceded in death by his wife Margaret Son Scott Turner Brother Jack Reese.
He is survived by Granddaughter, Crystal Cole of Dover, DE.
