Walter I Lynch Jr.'s Obituary
DOVER – Walter I. Lynch,Jr. passed away peacefully on November 10,
2016, in Dover. He was 89. Mr. Lynch was born Nov. 6, 1927 in Dover, to
the late Walter I. Lynch, Sr.and Anna E. Smith Lynch. He was a graduate of
Dover High School. He worked as a mason for Lambertson Construction.
He was a member of the Maple Dale Country Club and the Garrison Lake
Golf Club, and the First Baptist Church of Dover. Besides golfing he
enjoyed furniture making, travel and his grandchildren and family. He is preceded in death by his wife Margaret Lynch. Mr. Lynch
is survived by his son, Robert W. Lynch and his wife Diane, of Dover; three
granddaughters, Jill E. Lynch, her husband Dimitri Streletskiy, Pamela S.
Coleman, and her husband Michael Coleman, and Lauren A. Steele, and
her husband Jason Steele. He also leaves behind four great-grandchildren,
Alexis, Isla, Lorelei Coleman and Liev Lynch. Friends may call from 11:00
a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 19th. Graveside services will be
12:30 p.m. at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica, DE. Letters of
