Sending our heart felt sympathy to the family. My parents Richard and Kathryn Hutchins were always having reunions with Voshell and the families. I remember Voshell as someone that was always happy and made us laugh. I have been out of Dover for 30+ years so I have not seen him but remember his smile.
Voshell will certainly be missed, he will be in our hearts forever. He was such a wonderful person. You will be in our thoughts and prayers. So Sorry for your loss.
