Ulises Alvarado, 81 of Dover passed way Dec. 24, 2023 at Pennsylvania Hospital. He leaves behind his girlfriend Laurie Stern of 25 years. His Son Ulises Alvarado, Jr. and his daughter Lisa, and 6 Grandchildren. He was very loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
