Trucee V. Kelly, 69, Clayton, DE She was born in Upland, Pennsylvania to the late Truman and Winifred (Wagner) Pullen. She died on Saturday, January 30, 2021 in Dover at Kent General Bay Health Hospital. She move to Clayton in 1994 from Ridley Park, Penn. She was in the class of 1969 Ridley Park High School. Later attended Delaware County Community College. Trucee worked for PNB, Core State, Wacovia and Wells Fargo Banks from 1972 to 2003.She was at teacher of Documentation in banking. She is survived by her husband Thomas J. Kelly and a sister Tracee Pullen both of Clayton. A memorial services will be held on Friday, February 19, 2021 11 AM in the Trader Funeral Home Inc., 12 Lotus Street, Dover, Delaware 19901. A memorial and burial services will be held at a late date in Ridley Park, Penn. In consideration of protecting the family and friends health, public health guidelines enacted for the prevention of the spread of covid-19 virus, limitations on gatherings, physical distancing, use of hand sanitation and masks are in place.
