Thomas Lesly Houck Sr.'s Obituary
Thomas L. Houck, 77, of Frederica, Delaware, passed away on January 12, 2026. He was born on September 27, 1948, in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, to Thomas F. Houck and Verna (James) Brabson.
Thomas graduated from Sun Valley High School in 1966. Through mutual friends, he met the love of his life, Linda, with whom he shared over 60 years. He was employed by General Chemical until his retirement in the early 2000s. After retiring, Thomas remained active and was proud to earn his CDL.
Thomas was predeceased by his Oldest Daughter, Kelly Ann Psonak.
He leaves behind his wife, Linda, and his children: Kelly, Thomas (Dawn), Pam (Mark), James (Jen), Guy (Shannon), Jeffery (Laura), Keith (Shannon), Candus (Luis), Jody (Sonny), and Jillian (Derek). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and great-grandchildren who adored him.
Thomas enjoyed spending time with his family, working on cars, and being on the water — whether offshore or inshore fishing.
A Celebration of Life will be held on January 30th at 1:00 PM at The Arden Club in Claymont, Delaware (19810). The family welcomes all who knew and loved Thomas to join them in honoring his life.
