TeNeil L. Willoughby, 83, Camden, passed away Thursday January 02, 2014 at Pinnacale Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center Smyrna.
She was born on April 07, 1930 in Huntington, WV to the late Carlton and Pansy Kincaid Johnson.
She was a member of Altus Eastern Star in OK. She was a homemaker and enjoyed being with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Walter L. Willoughby, daughter Susan Willoughby Farrow.
She is survived by Son and his wife, Dan and Sandye Willoughby of Orlando, FL. Son and his wife, Carl and Deborah Willoughby of Camden, DE. 6, grandchildren, 1 great Grandchild.
Services and burial will be privet with the family.
