Sharon Lee Cassidy's Obituary
Frederica, DE Sharon Lee ( Street ) Cassidy passed away unexpectedly Monday, July 5, 2021. She was born July 11, 1955 to the late Sherman and Irma Street. She was 65 years young. Sharon grew up in the Cumberland County, NJ area, graduating from Bridgeton High School in 1973. She immediately went to work for a major health insurance company, the beginning of a career she excelled in and enjoyed up until her passing. Sharon will be remembered as an independent, confident woman committed to living a full and rewarding life. She was an accomplished bowler; enjoyed bingo and watching movies; loved anything red, and above all else, cherished her family and friends. Sharon was loved and will be missed. Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Sherman Street, mother, Irma Jackson, and her brother Darrin Street. She is survived by her brothers, Michael ( Gerda ) Street of Dover, DE, Larry ( Donna ) Street of Frederica, DE, Kenny ( Margaret ) Street of Bridgeton, NJ, Gregory ( Phyllis ) Street of Bunker Hill, IL, Mark Street and numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces. Family and friends are invited to a graveside service 10:30 Saturday, July 10 at Sharon Hill Memorial Park, Dover, DE. Services provided by Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St., Dover, DE.
