I am so devastated by this news. We became good friends during my time at DelDOT. We instantly hit it off. She was truly my friend and I will miss her so much. I am praying for her mother and children. She always talked about her boys and how she couldn't wait to travel the world! I am grateful for our time together at DelDOT and once I left. I loved how she lived out loud and carefree. I will miss her but cherish all our memories.
Words cannot express how sad I am at hearing of Shannon’s passing. Shannon and I were friends from our freshman year of high school and remained friends. Joe and Julian my heart aches for you, she loves you with all of her being. Rest in peace my sweet friend.
