My sincere sympathy to the Family !! Kathy and I went to DHS together1972 !! Kathy and I also went to DSU to pursue a career in Elementary Education! Ms. Pepper welcomed me in her home during the week for lots of tuna fish sandwiches for lunch!! We had many long talks throughout our college years !! Years passed and Kathy and I started working together at East Dover Elementary and our friendship bond grew !! Ms Pepper was so so friendly to me every time we met !! My God bring the family peace , strength , and comfort during this very difficult time !! Thanks KATHY FOR ALL THOSE SPECIAL YEARS OF FRIENDSHIP !
