Ruth Ann was an exceptional person, and nurse. Her residents adored her. In fact even bringing her coffee each morning when they visited the canteen. She had an infectious smile and laugh. Fond memories working with her at DHCI. Nothing but respect for her kind soft spoken manner. I had the pleasure of seeing her briefly in July. Still sweet as always . Ruth Ann Mitchell was a second Mom to me growing up! I have such fond memories spending time at their home with my best friend Jo Ann. She was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Mama always loved having Libby and Jo Ann's friends around, she treated us as part of the family. You will be dearly missed Mama!!!
