Robin Lee Esler's Obituary
Robin Lee Esler passed away at the age of 53 on November 26, 2015 at 8:33pm, after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born on April 7, 1962 in Peru Indiana to late Frederick J. Steffen Sr. and Barbara A. Steffen. Robin was survived by her husband of thirteen years Robert Wayne Esler, her sister Deborah Lynn Steffen and her Brother Frederick James Steffen Jr. She also leaves behind her step-daughter Niesha Burris and her cat Cookie.
Robin has 11 nieces and nephews. Christina D, Larry T, Jimmy T, Donald D, Erica C, Maggie B, Christina S, James S, Richard F, and Deserie S. Robin was also a Great Aunt to 7 nieces and nephews Shelby T, Mikey L, Beca N, Patricia D, Layla C, Aurora C, and Aby G.
Robin was a loving and generous person who would give everything she had to help someone without ever asking for anything in return. All the way up till her last days she was trying to give. She loved her family and her friends and anyone who knew her knows she loved her cats for they were her children. Robin loved being around her family taking her nieces and nephews to the zoos, fifers, and anything the kids loved to do. She loved Christmas and baking cookies. She was creative and talented at crafting and painting. She enjoyed bingo and the slots. Robin worked at Hanover Foods since it was Wheatleys Cambell Soup Natures Pride for a total of 30 years. She has many friends there who are family and will miss her just as much.
