Richard Thomas was one of the first people I met when I moved to Delaware in September of 1993! He was a great guy and we became instant friends! He was always so nice n fun to be around! I know he will be missed by very many people! I never saw him confront anyone in anger and he was quick to be helpful and make friends! He was good at making me laugh and he was a good listener when you needed him to be! That's the Richard Thomas I will always remember!!
