Phyllis Hoffecker Samples, 87
Phyllis Hoffecker Samples passed away peacefully on June 9, 2025. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Norman A. Samples, her parents, Homer and Madelyn Hoffecker. Those remaining to cherish her memory include her children, Michael, Keith, Randall, Kimberly, Kelli, and Lisa; her six grandchildren and six great grandchildren; as well as her siblings, Patricia, Richard, Stephanie, and Vicki.
Phyllis devoted her career to Caesar Rodney School District. She was a member of the Dover First Seventh-day Adventist Church and found great purpose directing their community Food Program for 25 years. Phyllis was known for her devotion to faith, and her love for her family, pets and her beautiful flowers.
