Paul V. Willey, 57, passed away Sunday, Nov 7, 2021, at his home in Camden, Delaware. He was born on Feb. 8, 1964, in Dover, De. to the late Waldon and Vivian Willey. Paul was the proud owner of The Handy Husband providing home improvement services across the State of Delaware for over 24 years. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters; Marnita Elborn and Ferris Willey-Parker. Paul leaves cherished memories with his son; Michael Willey (Katesha Tolson), and grandchildren; Camryn and Kyla Willey, all of Wyoming. His fiancée Tonya Lloyd, and stepdaughters; Samantha and Clare Webne of Camden. Nephew Charles Parker, of Nebraska. And sister Ava Willey of Dover.
