Patricia A Nixon's Obituary
Patricia "Trish" Nixon, 38, of Dover, DE formerly of Linden, NJ was taken from us on April 3, 2015 unexpectedly.
Trish was born on August 28, 1976 in Linden, NJ to George Messinger Sr. of Milford, DE and the late Patricia Messinger of Buna Vista, CA.
Trish spent many years working for the Delaware State News and with the Delaware Internal Medicine Office. She loved Eeyore, the San Fransico 49ers, and spending time with friends and family. She always took pride in her love for animals, especially dolphins and her beloved late canine companion, Bear and feline friends. Most of all Trish had a passion, a gentle touch, and the love for children, especially her stepchildren Seth and Alex. She loved and adored all her nieces, nephews, and God children. She had a special name for each of them. Her compassion and enthusiasm for life and for others will forever be remembered.
Trish is survived by her immediate family of George Messinger Jr. and Rebecca Key of Mayfield, KY; James Messinger and Nancy Lazzar of Wilmington, DE; Gary and Sirena Messinger of Milford, DE; Gary Sabara Sr. Of Buna Vista Ca. her children Seth Thompson of Milford, DE and Alex Osborn of Dover, De; and a host of Nieces and Nephews
Her celebration of life will start at Trader's Funeral Home in Dover on Saturday April 11 from 11-1, followed by a reception for all at the home of Gary and Sirena Messinger, Casual attire is preferred and in lieu flowers donations can be made to any animal shelter or Trader's Funeral Home in Trish's name.
