I can remember when he a Paula got married they were so happy. I hope is as happy in Heaven as he was that day. I know he is in the Firehouse telling his dad all the stuff he missed these last years. Rest in peace my Friend.

I had the pleasure of growing up in the small town of Hartly with Frank and will always remember and cherish the good times we shared. I always thought of Frank as my younger brother and we both loved playing sports especially softball. I'm going to miss you Frank and I know we will be playing ball again together in a much better place. Thanks for being my friend, my friend and for all the good times. I love you Frank!!
Frank was one of the really "good guys" I remember from high school. So sorry he left you so soon. Many angels coming your way to help you in your time of grief.
