Michael D Zihal's Obituary
Michael David Zihal of Dover DE, age 61, died Sunday, August 6, 2017 after a brief illness. He was at home in Westminster Village Health Center where he had been a resident for 20 years. In his younger years he farmed with his parents, the late Michael Zihal and Ann Kucharek Zihal in Dover. After a tragic motorcycle accident he became disabled and needed special care. He is a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. He is survived by his brother Alan John Zihal of Smyrna. He is also survived by cousins Susan Halulakos, Kathy Vaughn,Annamarie Zihal Stevson, Ed Wisk, Tim Wisk, Glenn Wisk. Friends may call Thursday morning, August 10th at 9:30 AM at St. John's Lutheran Church, 113 Lotus Street, Dover DE 19901. Services will be at 10 AM followed by interment at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Smyrna DE. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Westminster Village Employee Appreciation Fund, 1175 McKee Road, Dover DE 19904. Letters of condolences may be sent to www.traderfh.com
