Linda, I am so sorry to hear about Mel. He was one of the most kind, gentle spirits and funny person I ever met. Every time I was around him I felt his joy he had for life. You are in my prayers.

What blessing it was to grow up as a neighbor to the Weller’s over 60 years ago in Hartly. Melvin was part of a loving family, and as their neighbors, we all shared many visits, holidays and celebrations. He was so kind and maintained beautiful flowers around their home, especially the Mountain Pink. He will certainly be missed by all who knew him, along with his ready smile and laugh.
