Mary E. Carter, 91, Dover, passed away Tuesday January 28, 2014 at KGH Bay Health Dover.
She was born on January 06, 1923 in Marydel, DE to the late Fred and Eva Booth Teat.
Mrs. Carter was a homemaker and lovered all her grand children. She was a big Phillies fan and enjoyed country music. She is preceded in death by her husband Clifford Carter and brother Clarence Teat.
She is survived by Son and his wife, Clifford W. and Barbara Carter of Dover, DE. Daughter, Marilyn Carter-Ludden of Dover, DE. Sisters, Bernice Haufe, Irene Steele, Frances Kemp, Hazel Price, Thelema Blasius, Grand Children, Kelly Tiedemann (Keith), Lisa Hepfer (Phil), Shelly Lambert (Craig), Tracey Gosnell (Mike), Chad Carter (Heather) Great Grand Children Nicole Hepfer, Kyle Tiedemann, Korey Tiedemann, Kayla Hepfer, Jonathan Gosnell, Cade Lambert, Cale Lambert, Katie Gosnell, Emily Carter, Andrew Carter and Great Great Grand child Hannah Eyer.

Remembrance Services will be held Monday 02/03/2014 2 PM at Trader Funeral Home in Dover, DE Private burial will be at the Sharon Hill Memorial Park Dover, DE
