As a neighbor of Ed's and his family, he was always there when we needed him most. I think about all the countless times Ernie or our animals escaped their enclosures and there he and Joan were to offer their help. He even took the time to help explain how to properly install an electric fence. I will always remember him out in the front of his milking barn with his family walking the cows to get ready for the fair. He was a wonderful neighbor always willing to lend a hand no matter how busy he was. The town will never be the same without Eddie McClements. My family and I will think back on those fond memories of he and his farm often.
I wish for Joan and the rest of Eddies family that the precious memories of Eddie be a comfort to you now, and may it help to know that many thoughts are with you in your sorrow.
Sincerely,
Shelley, Merrick, Mallory, Maxon, and Maclaren
