Kathleen Ann Barlow's Obituary
Kathleen Ann Barlow passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 21, 2023 at Bayhealth Hospital Sussex Campus in Milford, Delaware. Kathleen was born on February 11, 1964 at Overlook Hospital in Summit, New Jersey. She grew up in Union, New Jersey and graduated from Union High School in 1982. Preceding her in death was her husband of 33 years Robert Barlow , as well as her parents Anthony and Norma Villa, and her sister Deborah Lasher.
Kathleen is survived by her two sons: Robert Barlow and Branden (Stephanie) Barlow, as well as two grandchildren Rosalie and Theodore, whom she adored very much. She is survived by a host of family members. She also leaves behind her beloved dog Holly.
She prided herself in that she went back to Polytech Adult Education in 2012 to get her CNA certificate. She loved to help and take care of people. Her ultimate joy in life lately was Rosalie and Theo, her two grandchildren , whom she referred to as her "baby girl" and "baby boy".
Celebration of Life service will be July 10 from 5 to 7 PM at Capital City Church of Christ, Burial will be at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery Millsboro, DE at 2 PM on July 10.
