March 28th. Jason passed peacefully with family by his side.
Jason was born on July 7, 1988 in Dover, DE and grew up in Felton, DE. He attended

always been a die-hard Baltimore Orioles and Dallas Cowboys fan. Jason worked as a
carpenter for the past several years and was looking forward to starting his own
business in the near future.
He attended several O's games, the first being when Cal Ripken Jr, was still playing and
the last being when he took his nephew last September as a birthday gift to Jacob.
Jason was so excited about the good season the O's had last year and was really
looking forward to this year's season. He loved to be outdoors, fish, and play paintball
and watch football with his friends. He was a loyal friend, selflessly helped others, and
was always there to support those he loved through life's ups and downs.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Richard Boyce; Spencer Kelley; and
Barbara Kelley. He is survived by his loving parents, Bill and Cindy Kelley; sister, Jaime
Kelley (Josh Walls); nephews, Jacob Kelley and Jaxson Walls; his Nana; several aunts,
uncles, cousins, and many close friends. Jason will be greatly missed by all who knew
and loved him.
