LITTLE CREEK-Harry E. Marvel, Jr passed away peacefully on Thursday 4/12/18
Harry was born June 21, 1956, In Dover, De to Harry and Leora"Drake"Marvel. He worked as a commercial water man on the Delaware bay most his life, along with various other jobs. Harry was a lifetime member, and past chief of the Little Creek volunteer Fire Company. He enjoyed gardening, softball, crabbing,clamming, fishing, hunting, bowling, horse racing, and bingo.
He is proceeded in death by his father Harry Sr., and two brothers Richard, and Bruce Marvel.
Harry is survived by his wife of 21 years, Barbara Marvel:
Mother Leora Marvel, Daughter Melissa Hill, and her husband Robert Hill, Son Steven Marvel, Spouse Tina Hawes, and step son Dale Gordon Helmick Jr.. His sister & brother in law Teresa & Carl Carrow, Brother Wayne Marvel,Sister in laws Theresa Gillespie, and Pamela Marvel. Brother in laws Leroy & David Gillespie.
Grandchildren Kristen & Austin Hill, Kera, Steven, Trevor, Teagan, Quinn Marvel, and two great grand sons Nicholas & Colton Henry. Cousin Joyce Harvey, and many nieces and nephews.
