Daughter of Raymond Chester Nelson and Wilimine (Silloway) Nelson of Minneapolis, she attended Carlton College where she met and married Fredrick Wagner. Married 25 years, she was a loving and devoted military officer’s wife and mother. She loved her job of more than 35 years at Dover Litho Printing Company, she loved league bowling and the countless teams she carried during her 46 years in Delaware, and moreso she loved the friends she made doing both.
