Grace M Outten's Obituary
Dover- Grace M. Outten, 91, passed away Thursday October 30, 2014 in her home surrounded by her family. Grace was born on March 24, 1923 in Dover, DE The daughter of the late Carlton C. and Myrtle Sapp Moran. She was owner of Outten Brothers Furniture Store in Dover, DE. Grace had a passion for baseball. The Orioles and Redsox's were her teams but she spent many of nights tuned into her television watching whoever was playing. She also had a passion for gardening, cooking, her dog Dolly, spending the winter months in Florida, and enjoying time with loved ones. Grace is proceeded in death by her husband of 61 years Claude Outten of Dover, her son Al Outten of Florida, and Grandson Harold Tribble of Dover. Grace is survived by her three children, Claudette Bowen, and her husband David Bowen of Dover, Pauline Starkey and her husband Ray Starkey of Felton, and Shirley Carullo and her husband Nick Carullo of Florida. 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Services will be Wed. Nov. 5, 2014 at Trader Funeral Home 12 Lotus Street Dover at 1 PM. Family and friends may call from 11 AM till time of the service. Burial will be at Lake Side Cemetary Dover.
