I was so sorry to learn from my dear friend Karen that her dad had passed away. He was such a wonderful man with a strong faith, good values, and love for his family. He and Mrs. Hutchins always reminded me of my parents. Mr. Hutchins will be missed but his memory will live on forever. My thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Hutchins, and all of her family.

What an amazing man. ………… I’ve know Uncle Gilbert for years and he’s always been so kind and happy go lucky. Had the best laugh ever. Visiting him at his house thru the years for different things and playing with his kiddos…..were some of the best times. I have so many fond memories of him. My son and I lived down the street from him and Aunt Gladys, we would go for walks in the evening and hit the ice cream shop across the street from them and they’d be sitting on their porch. We’d stop in and chat with them for a while. They were always so glad to see us. Not many graduations , get together parties , funerals, etc did they miss. They were family to me and to our family. I’d ride by his house and he’d be mowing the lawn or pulling weeds with his straw hat on and I’d toot to him…… he’d always through up his hand and waved. Don’t think he ever knew a stranger. So glad my son was able to meet both him and Aunt Gladys they r truly the definition of good loving kind people. Rest easy Uncle Gilbert your work here on earth is done. I know it was a day of rejoicing and celebration when u arrived at heavens gaits. God speed
