Frederick Leon Semans' Obituary
Frederick L. Semans, Sr. "Leon" 90, Dover, passed away in his sleep Dec. 29, 2015. Leon was born Oct. 20, 1925 in Greensboro, MD. He served in the US Navy in W W I I on the Chester O'Brien destroyer escort. He held many jobs from Farmer, Milkman, Truck driver, Maintenance man, to yard man for Burke Equipment. Leon is survived by a son John Semans and his wife Marlaine, brother, Herb Semans and his wife Doris, sister Betty Jane Hobbs, Grandchildren, Kari Hammond and husband Jay, Michael Semans, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, step son James Demko. Memorial services will be Monday Jan. 4, 2016 at 7:30 PM at Trader Funeral Home 12 Lotus Street Dover. Family and friends may call from 5:30 till time of the service. In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to Delaware Veterans Home in Milford, DE Letters of condolences may be sent to www.traderfh.com
