Frank was truly a special person to everyone he met. He always had a story to tell, time to talk and always listen to you. Frank knew everyone and everyone knew him. I use to tease him about being a chick magnet and called him “Frankie baby”. Many times he helped associates in Walmart and complete strangers. He never said no to anyone and had a big heart. He truly will be missed.
I worked with Mr. Frank at Walmart. He was always ready with a smile, a quick story, or a joke. Anything to keep you smiling. He was a very generous man. If there was a way he could help you, he would. He made the workplace better. Heaven has another angel. Rest well, Mr. Frank. You deserve it.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Mr Walmart Frankie long time friend of mine loved people . He would pick up any stranger . He was a talker and kind person. I will miss his stories he would tell over and over again . Judy Thompson
Frank, you will surely be missed. One of my bestest friends! Good times in school, good times in PWP and many social affairs and at home. Mary, Ruby and all the family - you are in my thoughts and prayers. Frank was a great guy!!!! Long time friend, Frances Moore.
Frank was a special person. He graduated with my oldest brother, David Bartsch. Frank always had a smile, and he loved to talk. He loved his cars. My prayers are with his family at this difficult time.
