Franklin Butch Morris' Obituary
Franklin Joseph Morris "Butch", 61, of Dover went home to be with the Lord surrounded by those who cared for him.Aside from his Grandparents, he is preceded in death by his Mother, Bessie Carasella of Dover, Delaware. He is survived by his Father, Franklin Morris of Wyoming; his sister, Francis Overstreet and husband Ed Overstreet of Nashville, GA; his three younger brothers, Charles Dill and his girlfriend, Sandy Tribbett of Harrington, Delaware; David Dill and his wife Britainie Dill of Wyoming, Delaware; Robert Dill and his wife Katherine Dill of Frederica, Delaware, and a slew of nieces and nephews. As a teenager, Butch loved roller-skating and could out-skate all of his friends. He also enjoyed being the big brother and chased his siblings around the yard. Butch had the special opportunity to see the world through his special eyes, as no one else could understand. He was able to find joy in "the little things". He enjoyed a good cup of hot coffee that he described as his "caution coffee", due to the warning labels on every cup. He also enjoyed partaking in arts and crafts and bringing them home to his Mother. His favorite activity was going to watch his brother and nephew race on the weekends and couldn't wait to ask when the next race was. He was truly a special person and his heart was pure. He will be dearly missed by all that knew and cared for him.Funeral services will be Thursday 11-11-2021, 1 PM and family and friends may call one hour before the services at Trader Funeral Home 12 Lotus Street Dover, Burial will be Mt.
