Frannie passed away on Sunday October 24, 2021 peacefully with her daughters by her side. Born to Franklin and Pearl Hurley on November 22, 1936 in Port Mahon, DE, the first born of 12. She enjoyed baking, sewing, and hosted many 4th of July picnics. Frannie retired from Playtex after 25 years. And was also a Breast Cancer Survivor. But most importantly, she loved her family.
Frances is survived by her husband of 30 years, Walter Allison. Daughters Debbie Rash of Dover, DE and Barbie Loper of Long Neck, DE. Sons Eddie Allison (Tammy) and Kenny Allison (Lisa) both of Dover, DE. Siblings, Danny Hurley, Dave Hurley (Dale), Joanne Sullivan, Sandi Bartsch (John), Hope Ale (Jim), Karen Hurley, Jeff (Bucky) Hurley, and Kenny (Tweet) Hurley. Grandchildren Billie Jo Stapleford, Valerie Miller (Kevin), Dawn Rash, Melinda Alfree (Edwin), Joshua Allison, Chelsea Allison, Lauren Allison, and Dillon Allison. Great Grandchildren Taylor Permelia, Lacie Ruth (Zach), Devon Mosley (Sarah), Thomas Rash, Alexis Miller, Ian Alfree, and Leah Alfree. Great Great Grandson Xavier Permelia. Along with many nieces and nephews.
Frannie is preceded in death by her parents Franklin and Pearl Hurley, sons Mike Loper and Jimmy Allison. Siblings Franklin Hurley Jr., Dennis Hurley, and Evelyn Virdin. Great Grandson Cotey Rash.
Services will be private with a Celebration of Life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Little Creek Fire Company or American Cancer Society in Frannie's name.
