Florence Hastings' Obituary
Florence Isabelle Hutson Hastings of Magnolia, Delaware passed away November 24, 2017 at Bayhealth Medical Center. She was 91.
She was born on November 1, 1926 in Greensboro, Maryland to the late Mrs. Ida Zora Dill Hutson and Mr. George Alfred Hutson both of Greensboro, Maryland.
Isabelle is remembered as a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and wife. She worked as a nursing assistant at Crescent Farms Nursing Home in Dover, Delaware for 17 years before retiring from that position to stay at home to take care of family and assist her husband Robert L. Hastings with operations of the family HVAC business.
Isabelle is preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Hastings, two brothers and two sisters.
Isabelle is survived by her Son, Weston L. Hastings of White Deer, Pennsylvania, her daughter, Bonnita L. Preisen and her husband Duane of Magnolia, Delaware. Grandchildren, Karen Irvine Miller, Kimberly Utley, Kevin Pertruzzi, Robert Pertruzzi and Christine Hastings. She also had five great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday Nov. 30, 2017 at Trader Funeral Home 12 Lotus Street Dover, 11 AM, friend and family may call at 10. Burial will be at Greenboro Cemetery, Greensboro, MD
