Flora K. Neri
Flora was born in Ripley, MS to Prince Albert and Murray Moffitt on February 10th, 1943. She left Ripley at the age of 18 to follow her sister Vivian to live in Delaware, where she met her husband Bernie. Flora and Bernie married on August 19th, 1962 and eventually had 3 boys. After being stationed in different locations due to Bernie being in the Air Force, they returned to Dover, DE in February of 1979. Flora enjoyed her jobs in retail over the years but her true love was her family.
She leaves her devoted husband of 56 years, Bruno B. “Bernie” Neri; sons Mark, Scott and Jason Neri; grand kids Roman Neri, Vincent Neri, Leah Neri, Brandon Neri and Louis Neri, and her brother Edward Moffitt.
She was preceded in death by her parents Price Albert and Willie Murray Moffitt, and sister Vivian Kozak.
There will be a gathering of family and friends Monday Dec. 10, from 11 AM to 1 PM at Trader Funeral Home 12 Lotus Street Dover. Burial will follow at Sharon Hill Memorial Park Dover.
