Ferris Ann Willey-Parker, 59
Dover---Ferris Ann Willey-Parker passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Silver Lake Center in Dover.
She was born on April 24, 1957 in Easton, MD to the late Waldon and Vivian Willey. Mrs Parker was a para with the capital school district.
She is predeceased by her husband Herbert (Wes) Parker, her parents Waldon and Vivian Willey, her sister Marnita Elborn. She is survived by her grandchildren all of Dover, children Charles Parker of South Dakota, and Trisha Parker of MD, stepdaughters, Cynthia Cooke of N.C., Pamela Knowles of Dover, Deborah Batson and her husband Richard Batson both of Dover, her sister Ava Willey of Dover, her brother Paul Willey of Dover, four nephews of MD, and a great niece of Dover.
Remembrance service will be held at 11 A.M. Sat., March 25, 2017 at Trader Funeral Home in Dover. Friends may call one hour before the service at the funeral home.
