Dear Linda, Lori, Chucky, and Family,
So sorry about the passing of your Mother, and sorry I was not able to attend the service.
This is Cathy Strimel Woodhouse.
I will always remember how your Mother made me feel so special. She was so sweet and kind to me, so happy to see me and take the time to talk with me. I remember her at Cheswold Church, your home in Cheswold, Sander's Jewelers(where she helped us pick out wedding bands) and more recently at the Go Red luncheons. She was a wonderful lady.
I pray that the beautiful memories who hold dear in your heart of her will help ease the pain of your loss till you meet her again.
With Heartfelt Sympathy,
Cathy, Bill, Anna and Family
So sorry to hear about Evelyn. I stopped in to see her every time I went to Pinnacle Nursing Home to see my son. I went to school with her and her sister (Doris). When I went to Pinnacle she was the first to recognize me, it had been so long since I had seen her. You are all in my prayers. Dot Cordeiro (Maiden name Poore)

Dear Linda, Lori, Chucky, and Family,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your Mother.
This is Cathy Strimel Woodhouse. I will always remember your Mother's sweetness and kindness towards me, she would always ask about me and just make me feel so special, and that she was happy to see me. I remember her at Cheswold Church and at Sander's(bought wedding bands), and your home in Cheswold. More recently enjoyed seeing all of you at the Go Red luncheons.
I believe she went straight to the Lord, how could she not as sweet as she was in her lifetime. My thoughts and prayers are with you, and that the lovely memories you have of your Mother will help ease the loss till you see her again.
With deepest sympathy, Cathy and Family
I will cherish my memories of 4th of July parties, watching movies until after midnight when spending the night as a kid, her pecan pie and her amazing cole slaw that I begged for each holiday, how she would laugh and say "you're bad" when told a joke, and how as a kid I thought she was the most glamorous woman because who else gets their hair done once a week, always wears lipstick and reclines on a pink chaise lounge while watching tv? I was lucky to have her as my mommom and my son's GG.
