Doris Rattray Semans' Obituary
Doris Rattray Semans 89, passed away Nov. 14, 2017 at Capital Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center Dover. Doris was born Jan. 18, 1928 in Delaware to Harry and Cora Rattray. Doris worked for Pierce's Pharmacy in downtown Dover ans L&W Insurance Co. for many years. She moved to Chestertown, MD and worked for Hubbard's Pier and Serford and People's Bank of Chestertown before retiring. Doris was preceded in death by brothers Reese and Sam Rattray, sister Tabitha Hughes and son Fred Semans, Jr. Doris is survived by son John Semans and wife Marlaine, granddaughter Kari Hammond, three great grandchildren, Grandson Michael Semans and two great grandchildren. A gathering of family and friends will be Wed. Nov. 22, 2017 from 10 AM to 11 AM at Trader Funeral Home 12 Lotus Street Dover. Letters of condolences may be sent to www.traderfh.com
